Placing an order?

How do I place my order?

24/7 Online using our most secure ordering system. Simply browse through or website and select the product(s) you want to purchase adding them to your basket.

Then follow the on screen instructions.

Can I place my order via the telephone?

Yes, we also accept orders over the telephone with one of our dedicated team of experts.

Simply call us on 01234-589-392 and we will take your order over the telephone.

How do I know you received my order?

The website will display your order confirmation after payment is successful and send an email confirmation.

If the order was made over the phone, a sales representative will email to confirm the order has been placed and the payment has been received.

Do I need to register before ordering?

No, registering is not necessary to place an order.

Can I amend my order?

Yes, but this can only be changed before the item leaves our manufacturing site.

Payment?

How do I pay for my order?

Simply pay for your purchase/order online. Payment methods we accept, Visa, MasterCard through our secure SSL payment provider.

You can also pay using PayPal at no extra charge.

Will there be any hidden charges?

No, you only pay the website price of your order.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed the same-day between 8am-4.30pm and funds are taken at the point of an online confirmation.

What about delivery?

How much does delivery cost?

For the whole of the UK mainland and N/Ireland we offer free delivery between 8am – 6pm.

If you would like your item before 10am or after 4pm then you will be charged £35.00. Saturday deliveries please call our sales team.

How long will delivery take?

Our standard delivery is 72 hours (3 working days) when you place your order before midday on any weekday, excludes weekends.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes, you can choose your own delivery date, this can be selected in your cart or checkout page.

How will my item be delivered?

Your shed is delivered on a wooden pallet and off-loaded from the delivery vehicle via a tail lift and pallet truck.

The delivery driver will be unable to take it much further than the pavement / driveway, depending on access and delivery driver’s discretion.

Returns or damaged items?

How do I return my item(s)?

Damaged or missing parts?

Check if the item(s) delivered are complete and in good order. If damaged or missing parts are noticed, you need to note it properly.

About the product?

What is tongue & groove cladding?

Tongue and groove cladding is where each board has a ‘groove’ which locks into the ‘tongue’ of the board below.

Sheds made with this profile last much longer than cheap overlap sheds where each board overlaps the board beneath.

Will my shed have a floor?

Yes, all sheds come with a 12mm fully boarded tongue and grooved floor with pre attached floor spars which sit on the underside of the floor lifting the shed off the base by 44mm.

What will my shed sit on?

All wooden sheds need to go on a firm and level foundation. Popular foundations are concrete, paving slabs or wooden bearers.

Product aftercare?

Do I need to preserve the wood?

We do recommend you retreat your garden building annually to maintain the 10 year guarantee.

What can I paint my shed with?

We recommend you use an high quality wood / shed preserver from a reputable shed paint supplier.
